We use the standard TCG condition scale: Near Mint (NM) — virtually flawless, straight from a pack or sleeve; Lightly Played (LP) — minor wear on edges or corners, no significant creases; Moderately Played (MP) — visible wear, possible light scratches or edge wear but card is still tournament-legal; Heavily Played (HP) — heavy wear, creasing, or whitening but the card is still identifiable; Damaged (D) — severely worn, heavily creased, or marked.
Absolutely. We personally inspect every card we sell and source directly from booster packs, reputable distributors, and verified sellers. We do not sell counterfeits. If you ever have concerns about authenticity, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping (USPS First Class or UPS Ground) typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping (USPS Priority or UPS 2-Day) typically arrives within 2–3 business days after processing. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
Yes! Orders over $50.00 qualify for free standard shipping. Standard shipping is $4.99 for orders under $50. Expedited shipping is $12.99 regardless of order total.
If you believe a card was misgraded, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We review all condition disputes fairly. For sealed products, returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is factory-sealed and unopened. See our Returns Policy for full details.
Singles are generally non-returnable unless there is a genuine grading dispute. We grade all cards carefully and describe them accurately. If you receive a card that does not match its listed condition, reach out within 48 hours and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or refund.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and buy-now-pay-later options via Klarna and Affirm (where available). All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Yes. We do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. We never see your full card number.
Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are processed for shipping. Once an order moves to "Processing" or "Shipped" status, we cannot make changes. Contact us as soon as possible at support@mintcardshop.com if you need to adjust your order.
Currently we are a sell-only store. We do not accept buylist or trade submissions at this time. This may change in the future — follow us for updates.
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We are exploring international shipping options and hope to expand in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account and view your order history to track your shipment.
