All shipping times are estimates after your order is processed and do not include processing time.

Order Processing

We process orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods (new set releases, holiday seasons), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you by email if there are unexpected delays.

Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier is selected based on your location and the size of your order to ensure the best value and reliability.

  • Singles and small orders: USPS First Class or Priority Mail
  • Sealed products and larger orders: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground
  • Expedited orders: USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS 2-Day

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your cards. Singles are placed in penny sleeves, then top loaders or card savers, and shipped in padded envelopes or rigid mailers depending on quantity. Sealed products are packed in boxes with bubble wrap or foam to prevent damage in transit.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can also view tracking information in your account dashboard.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@mintcardshop.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, reship or refund your order.

Geographic Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
